Something New!

Okay so I know you all are wondering whats going on with my blog but as you've all been told on my last post that I am extremely busy. So I am now a high school graduate and I am looking forward to this summer bridge program that I have to attend daily!!!Yay! Alahamdulilah!!!!!! Sooooooo, today I found this book in my grandparents house titled, "100 Ahadith About Islamic Manners" complied by Darussalam. There are a lot of cool things I read but here is something I want to share with you all. Now we've all read hadiths before and tried to pass them on to others but sometimes we forget so we need to hear or read them again. Well i havent read the whole book but this hadith stood out the most so far and I am so excited to pass it on!!!!

Wudu'(Ablution before prayer) washes off Sins

"Abu Hurairah reported: Messenger of Allah said, "When a Muslim or believer washes his face(in course of Wudu') every sin he has commited withhis eyes is washed away from his face along with water, or with the last drop of water; when he washes his hands, every sin they wrought is erased from his hands with water, or the last drop of water; and when he washes his feet, every sin towards which his feet walked is washed away with water, with the result that he comes out cleansed of all sins."[Muslim]

Cool hadith right??!!! So if you pray five times a day a go to bed right after Isha prayer you'll be like so totally sin free and Allah knows best!!! lol..thats my hadith for the day and I will be back soon inshallah to share something else new. Also if you have an experiece to share such as a time that occured in your life that made you want to become a better muslim or value Islam more, please share, you can remain anonymous. Hey if you converted to Islam share that story!! It may inspire others to become Muslim!!! post it as a comment or you can send it to my email address sanamalik0712@yahoo.com and I will post it up!!! Thankx so much. Have a great day. Salaamz!!!!

DAY 1 OF GATHERING INFO: ASKING FOR STORIES..(EXPERIENCES THAT CAN INSPIRE OTHERS)

Okay so today I am still trying to figure out exactly what i am going to put on this blog. I contacted a few muslim sisters and asked them to write about their experiences as a Muslim woman in college. One sister was married and one sister was single during her first two years of college(MY MOTHER). I think their stories are inspirational and will convince other muslimaahs that they can go through college single or married to another muslim brother that tries his best to support her through college and/or graduate school. Shared experiences will be a part of this blog so if you have any stories feel free to share them. Leave it as a comment or send it to me personally at sanamalik0712@yahoo.com. I can post up in a specific section if you'd like. I am calling all sisters and brothers to grasp hold of this opportunity. You will feel so wonderful afterwards knowing that your story can touch someone and make them want to change or just be a better Muslim inshallah. I thank you all for reading this and please keep yourself posted. I will continue to make youtube videos as reminders!!!

Ayatul Kursi is such a beautiful ayah in The Holy Quran. It is located in verse 255 in Surah Al- Baqarah (Chaper 1: The Cow). There are so many ways a Muslim can benefit from reciting this ayah and I hope it will inspire you all to gain as many blessings as you can. Listed below will be ways you can gain blessings from reciting ayatul Kursi:

Ayatul Kursi & Some of Its Benefit

Ayatul Kursi

I hope all of this information on Ayatul Qursi helped you all. I love this ayah so much and I pray that you all listen to each and every word of it and love it just as much as I do or even more. This ayah is beautiful and if you do not know it, I advise you to try your best to learn it or ask someone that does know it to teach you inshallah. Maybe I will try to post of video of someone saying it slower so that you can use it as a lesson video.
